The function room is available on Saturday Nights from 7pm until 12 midnight (the bar will be closed at 11.30pm)
* There is no room hire charge
* A refundable deposit of $500.00 is to be paid to secure your booking. This deposit will be released within 7 days of the function date in full as long as all the terms mentioned are met, and no damages have occurred.
* A requirement of a minimum of $1,000.00 to be spent on the bar during the function. If the minimum is not reached, the difference must be paid from the deposit held. If the deposit does not cover the balance of the minimum $1,000.00 then the difference must be paid in cash on the night of the function.
* Should the function be cancelled within two weeks of the date booked, the deposit will be foregone.
* Payment is to be by cash or credit card. Eftpos facilities are available. No cheques except by special arrangement.
* If food is required, the menu selection and final numbers of guests must be organised and paid for by the Monday before the function is held (ie 5 days).
* Tentative Bookings will be held for a period of 7 days only. After this time the date may be released without notice
* Please note that these premises are licensed and as such, age restrictions apply
* To comply with The Responsible service of alcohol The Panania Hotel does not allow Yard glasses (or equivalent) to be filled.
* Clients are responsible for the orderly behaviour of their guests. Management and/or security will intervene if they feel it is required
* Clients can be required to assist management and security in the removal of intoxicated or troublesome guests. Failure to assist will lead to the function being stopped and security bond with held
* The Panania Hotel follow the guidelines set out in The responsible service of alcohol act and therefore can refuse service to guests at anytime. Management and hotel staff hold the right to deem guests intoxicated or troublesome.
